That statement wouldn't
be racist if it said "some blacks I know always think they are
mistreated". However it didn't say "some"(like Raditsu did), so yes,
that is a racist statement. Paikuhan offers a good
explanation.
For starters PKH, Mugen is a fighting game with
over 200 characters, including Jin, Goku, Ryu, Kyo,
Setsuna....

first came out, which is the most accurate source of information. I
watched Dragon Ball when it originally aired in Japan, and have seen
it through GT. Have you done something similar? If you haven't even
read the manga, and watched only poorly subtitles tapes(anime labs),
you have a lot of gall to think you know more than I
do. |

racist to a degree. "Everyone is", but he is a little more
so.
That is a stupid statement. Have you ever even SPOKEN
with the man? No. Assuming that because he drew a few black
stereotypes he hates blacks is kind of silly. What about all those
jokes people make about the French? Does that really mean they would
like to see the French die slow, painful deaths? Does Chris Rock
want to lynch whites? There are a lot of stereotypes on The
Simpsons, like that pinball machine Bart bought, or the sailor,
but no one is accusing the people behind that show of being
racist.
